Angela Lockwood

Angela is a 1-1 developer with Now Generation family business members, and an immense resource for working with relational change.

Angela brings significant applied leadership experience in operational, strategic and Board level settings. Angela has experience of being CEO of an award-winning Housing Association renowned for its ability to blend innovative people development whilst building and sustaining high levels of performance.  Under her leadership the organisation has undergone significant organisational development to create high levels of trust through relational leadership.

Angela’s work experience is extensive having worked in several different types and sized organisations and at different levels, including at Board level as an Executive and Non-Executive. Her non-executive roles have included, Chair of Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust, and a Board member of the National Housing Federation and Mears PLC.

She is an experienced leader and understands the challenges of being a CEO in an increasingly volatile environment and the responsibilities of being an effective NED. She has personally worked with issues of gender and difference and has extensive experience of working with complex relationships and knows that the path to success is far from linear. She is deeply committed to personal development through exploration, curiosity, and challenge.
