Berenice Smith

As a seasoned non-executive director, Berenice brings a depth of understanding and experience from a range of Board roles, spanning Chair responsibilities for audit and risk committees, senior independent, key member for Family Constitution judgement and guidance and as a trusted confidante to CEOs and Board Chairs.

Holding a wealth of insight, Berenice is able to apply practical wisdom to tricky dynamics and challenging questions.

Berenice has a background in senior finance roles in both retail and fmcg, within organisations including Gillette, Wickes, Dixons Stores Group and as Finance and Commercial director of the University of Leeds. She has extensive experience of developing business strategy and managing organisational change.

Berenice is an accomplished ceramicist.
