Carole-Ann Jones

Carole-Ann works closely with leaders and family members in family businesses helping them to reach their potential and take steps towards a more purposeful and fulfilled future.

Starting from a belief in the importance of relationship, she works to understand the intricacies and interdependencies of each context and helps people to find clarity and direction.

Carole-Ann offers a space to encourage teams and individuals to work with thorny questions, bringing wider perspectives and tapping the inner resources that she believes is available in everyone. She works across sectors offering highly applied approaches and skills (1-1 and team coaching, designing and facilitating leader and coach programmes and OD consultancy) to support transitions, organisational change and inter-generational shifts.

‘I first experienced the independence, responsibility and human dynamics of family business whilst growing up on a family farm. Following university, I pursued a HR career in Unilever and developed a keen interest in people development through a range of roles in the UK and Italy. A return to my roots in Yorkshire led to me forging a path that, at its heart is about helping people to hone their sense of purpose, develop inner confidence and make a positive impact whilst navigating the complexities of the world around them.’

Carole-Ann is married with three daughters, is fluent in Italian, loves running and spending time with her family.
