David Dawson
David Dawson is an organisational consultant, facilitator and coach who helps leaders and teams strengthen relationships, navigate change, and build purposeful, healthy cultures. With over 35 years’ experience in complex organisations, David brings a practical understanding of how strategy, governance, and day-to-day ways of working intersect in times of organisational change - especially when the pressure is high and the stakes feel personal.
David is particularly interested in how families in business sustain trust, clarity and shared direction across generations, roles and viewpoints. He has supported leadership in a family-owned enterprise through strategic thinking and board-level considerations related to systemic changes and transformations. He brings deep skill in creating safe, stretching conversations where what matters can be named and worked with well.
He holds a Master’s in Organisational Change (Ashridge/HULT) and is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF).
