Where Am I?
A two-day workshop to explore the challenges and opportunities of life as part of a family business and of a business family.
The landscape of family business is changing fast and so is the world around us. In our busy lives it can be challenging to find the time and space to step back, observe and fully understand our contexts and choices. What are the questions that are pulling us and our organisations forward into the future? We invite you to take a moment, together with a group of peers from family businesses, to gain clarity and build a foundation for developing and shaping your future with confidence and intention.
About the programme
For those of us who are part of families in business, there are many questions we work with about our roles, our relationships, our responsibilities and our futures. These are often rooted in and challenged by our family business context, how that has been shaped thus far, family relationships, different approaches to business, education, the economy and the planet - to name but a few. These two days offer an opportunity to learn more about where & who we are, rooted in a whole person approach that has been developed in collaboration with family businesses in the UK.
Get in touch with people in other family businesses sharing similar paths & questions
Experience a gentle and deepening opportunity to move from ‘Where Am I?, surfacing our questions and challenges, to ‘I Am Here!’: a clear perspective on the territory of our lives
Find a space to delve into the entanglements we each live in - Who am I, How do I work with others, what do I care about?
Have a chance to make sense of our unique skills and qualities and celebrate our choices and response-abilities.
